(EN) The present invention relates to a photovoltaic-effect transistor comprising a photovoltaic cell (10) including a cathode (11) and an anode (12) that are interconnected by means of a junction and an illumination surface, said photovoltaic cell (10) having a voltage applied thereto, the highest voltage level (+Va) being connected to the cathode (11) and the lowest voltage level (-Va) being connected to the anode (12), a current (Ic) flowing through a load (Rc) that is connected to said photovoltaic cell (10) being proportional to an illuminance of said photovoltaic cell (10), to the surface area of an illuminated surface of the illumination surface, and to a factor showing the output of said photovoltaic cell (10) under a reference illumination when the entire illumination surface is illuminated.
