Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a proportional valve that can be actuated electromagnetically to control the delivery quantity of a high-pressure fuel pump in a motor vehicle injection system, comprising a magnetic coil (2) which is supported by a coil body (1) and an anchor (3) which interacts with the magnetic coil (2), which is designed as a solenoid plunger and comprising a tappet (4) for mechanically coupling to a valve piston (7) which is received so it can be axially displaced in a bore (5) of a magnetic core (6). The invention is characterized in that said coil body (1) comprises an inner peripheral surface (8) which is arranged over the anchor (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne une vanne proportionnelle à commande électromagnétique destinée à réguler le débit d'une pompe à carburant haute pression dans un système d'injection de carburant, ladite vanne comprenant une bobine d'électroaimant (2) portée par un corps de bobine (1) ainsi qu'une armature (3) coopérant avec la bobine d'électroaimant (2), ladite armature étant réalisée sous forme de noyau plongeur et étant reliée à un poussoir (4) permettant son accouplement mécanique avec un piston de vanne (7) logé dans un alésage (5) d'un noyau magnétique (6) de manière axialement mobile. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le corps de bobine (1) possède une surface circonférencielle intérieure (8) sur laquelle l'armature (3) est montée.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einelektromagnetisch betätigbares Proportionalventil zur Rege- lung der Fördermenge einer Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe in einem Kraftstoffeinspritzsys- tem, umfassend eine von einem Spulenkörper (1) getragene Magnetspule (2) sowie ei- nen mit der Magnetspule (2) zusammenwirkenden Anker(3), der als Tauchanker aus- gebildet und mit einem Stößel (4) zur mechanischen Kopplung mit einem in einer Boh- rung (5) eines Magnetkerns (6) axial verschiebbar aufgenommenen Ventilkolben (7) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenkörper (1) eine Innenumfangsfläche (8) besitzt, über welche der Anker (3) gelagert ist.
