Abstract:
(EN) A TiAl intermetallic compound single crystal material and a preparation method therefor. The alloy components of the material consist of TiaAlbNbc(C, Si)d, in respect of which 43≤b≤49, 2≤c≤10, a+b+c=100, 0≤d≤1 (at.%).
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau monocristallin composite intermétallique à base de TiAl et un procédé de préparation associé. Les composants d'alliage du matériau sont constitués de TiaAlbNbc(C, Si)d, au regard desquels 43≤b≤49, 2≤c≤10, a+b+c=100, 0≤d≤1 (% at.).
