(EN)The present invention discloses a system and a method for dry refining iron oxide ore fines and superfines in dams for waste and low-grade rejected ores, comprising a drier (9) with hot air injection, mechanical stirring means and shafts provided with blades (9.2) for disaggregating and moving the material horizontally and vertically; a number of air classifiers which are operationally connected to the outlet of the drier and classify the fine and super fine iron ore into predetermined granulometric ranges; and magnetic separators (13, 16, 19) with magnetic rollers (32, 42, 47) arranged in cascade and formed by rare earth magnets of low and/or high magnetic intensity, the magnetic rollers being arranged at a defined inclination angle.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de traitement à sec de fines et superfines du minerai oxyde de fer présent dans les barrages de rejets et les minerais rejetés pauvres, comprenant un dispositif de séchage (9) à injection d'air chaud avec moyens d'agitation mécanique et axes pourvus d'aubes (9.2) pour la désagrégation et la mise en mouvement de la matière dans les directions horizontale et verticale, un ensemble de classificateurs pneumatiques raccordé fonctionnel à la sortie du dispositif de séchage, exécutant une classification des minerais de fer fins et superfins dans des plages granulométriques prédéterminées, et des séparateurs magnétiques (13, 16, 19) à rouleaux magnétiques (32, 42, 47) disposés en cascade, formés par des aimants de terres rares à faible et/ou haute intensité magnétique, les rouleaux magnétiques étant disposés selon un angle d'inclinaison déterminé.
(PT)A presente invenção revela um sistema e um processo de beneficiamento a seco de finos e superfinos de minério óxido de ferro presente em barragens de rejeitos e minérios rejeitados de baixo teor, que compreende um secador (9) injeção de ar quente com meios de agitação mecânica e eixos providos com pás (9.2) para desagregação e movimentação do material nas direções horizontal e vertical; um con- junto de aeroclassificadores operacionalmente conectado à saída do secador, os quais executam uma classificação dos minérios de ferro finos e super finos em faixas de granulometrias predeterminadas; e separadores magnéticos (13, 16, 19) com rolos magnéticos (32, 42, 47) dispostos em cascata, formados por imãs de terras raras de baixa e / ou alta intensidade magnética, em que os rolos magnéticos são dispostos em um ângulo de inclinação determinado.
