Abstract:
(EN) Present embodiments include a series of lithium battery modules (28A-28C) having a plurality of electrochemical cells having different electrical characteristics such as voltages and/or capacities. The battery modules are each constructed using components, architectures, production methods, among other things, in common with each other. The lithium ion battery modules may include a first battery module type having a first capacity and a first voltage, a second battery module type having a second capacity and a second voltage, and, in some embodiments, additional battery module types having different voltages and/or capacities. The lithium ion battery modules may all have the same footprint (42).
(FR) Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent une série de supports de piles au lithium (28A-28C) ayant une pluralité de cellules électrochimiques possédant différentes caractéristiques électriques telles que des tensions et/ou des capacités. Les supports de piles sont chacun construits à l'aide de composants, d'architectures, de procédés de production, entre autres choses, qui leur sont communs. Les supports de piles au lithium-ion peuvent comprendre un premier type de support de piles ayant une première capacité et une première tension, un second type de support de piles ayant une seconde capacité et une seconde tension, et, selon certains modes de réalisation, d'autres types de support de piles ayant différentes tensions et/ou capacités. Les supports de piles au lithium-ion peuvent tous avoir la même empreinte (42).
