Abstract:
(EN) A system and a method for producing an anisotropic velocity model. Vertical seismic profile (VSP) data is obtained for a geological area. At least two stiffness coefficients in a fourth-rank elasticity stiffness tensor are calculated based on p-wave and s-wave velocities determined using the VSP data. Microseismic profile data for the geological area is obtained and all remaining unknown stiffness coefficients in the fourth-rank elasticity stiffness tensor are calculated using the microseismic profile data.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de production d'un modèle de vitesse anisotrope. Des données de profil sismique vertical (VSP) sont obtenues pour une zone géologique. Au moins deux coefficients de raideur dans un tenseur de raideur et d'élasticité du quatrième ordre sont calculés sur la base de vitesses d'onde P et d'onde S déterminées en utilisant les données de VSP. Des données de profil microsismique pour la zone géologique sont obtenues et tous les coefficients de raideur inconnus restant dans le tenseur de raideur et d'élasticité du quatrième ordre sont calculés en utilisant les données de profil microsismique.
