(EN)The invention relates to the microbiology industry, microbiology and biotechnology, and specifically to the production of physiologically-active compounds, and concerns the production of the protein bacteriorhodopsin by means of microbiological synthesis. A bacteriorhodopsin-producing strain of bacteria, Halobacterium salinarum D96N VKPM B-11953 is obtained, the productivity of which (in terms of biomass and bacteriorhodopsin) significantly exceeds that of the nearest analog and of other strains, selected as controls, under various cultivation conditions.
(FR)L'invention se rapporte aux domaines de l'industrie microbiologique, de la microbiologie, et de la biotechnologie, notamment à la production de composés physiologiquement actifs, et concerne la production d'une protéine appelée bactériorhodopsine par synthèse microbiologique. On obtient une souche de bactéries Halobacterium Salinarum D96N VKPM B-11953 permettant de produire de la bactériorhodopsine, qui est nettement supérieure en termes de productivité (biomasse et bactériorhodopsine) à son analogue le plus proche ainsi qu'aux autres souches choisies en tant que référence dans diverses conditions de culture.
(RU)Изобретение относится к микробиологической промышленности, микробиологии и биотехнологии, а именно, к производству физиологически активных соединений, и касается получения белка, бактериородопсина, путем микробиологического синтеза. Получен штамм бактерий Halobacterium salinarum D96N ВКПМ В-11953 - продуцент бактериородопсина, значительно превосходящий по продуктивности (биомассы и бактериородопсина) как ближайший аналог, так и другие, выбранные в качестве контролей штаммы в различных условиях культивирования.
