Abstract:
(EN) An embodiment of the present invention relates to a device for generating and detecting continuous-wave terahertz using a photo mixing technique and includes: first and second light source units that output continuous-wave laser light sources, having a single wavelength and different frequencies, in order to generate optical signals; a first optoelectronic phase modulator that shifts the frequency of the optical signal generated by the first light source unit; a second optoelectronic phase modulator that shifts the frequency of the optical signal generated by the second light source unit; a first optical amplifier that receives and amplifies the optical signal frequency-shifted by the first optoelectronic modulator and the optical signal generated by the second light source unit; a second optical amplifier that receives and amplifies the optical signal frequency-shifted by the second optoelectronic modulator and the optical signal generated by the first light source unit; a photoelectric converter that converts the optical signal amplified by the first optical amplifier into a terahertz wave; a photo mixer that receives the optical signal amplified by the second optical amplifier and converts the terahertz wave generated by the photoelectric converter into an electrical signal by means of photo mixing; a photo-detector that couples the optical signals transmitted by the first and second optical amplifiers; and a filter unit that filters the electrical signal generated via the photo-detector, wherein the electrical signal delivered through the pre-amplifier is compared to the electrical signal delivered through the photo-detector and a band pass filter so that phase noise having the same frequency is removed.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un dispositif de génération et de détection de térahertz à onde continue à l'aide d'une technique de mélange optique et comprend : des première et seconde unités de source de lumière qui émettent en sortie des sources de lumière laser à ondes continues ayant une longueur d'onde unique et différentes fréquences afin de générer des signaux optiques; un premier modulateur de phase opto-électronique qui décale la fréquence du signal optique généré par la première unité de source de lumière; un second modulateur de phase opto-électronique qui décale la fréquence du signal optique généré par la seconde unité de source de lumière; un premier amplificateur optique qui reçoit et amplifie le signal optique à fréquence décalée par le premier modulateur opto-électronique et le signal optique généré par la seconde unité de source de lumière; un second amplificateur optique qui reçoit et amplifie le signal optique à fréquence décalée par le second modulateur opto-électronique et le signal optique généré par la première unité de source de lumière; un convertisseur photoélectrique qui convertit le signal optique amplifié par le premier amplificateur optique en une onde térahertz; un photo-mélangeur qui reçoit le signal optique amplifié par le second amplificateur optique et convertit l'onde térahertz générée par le convertisseur photoélectrique en un signal électrique par l'intermédiaire d'un mélange optique; un photo-détecteur qui couple les signaux optiques transmis par les premier et second amplificateurs optiques; et une unité de filtre qui filtre le signal électrique généré à travers le photo-détecteur, le signal électrique distribué à travers le pré-amplificateur étant comparé au signal électrique distribué à travers le photo-détecteur et un filtre passe-bande de sorte que le bruit de phase ayant la même fréquence est retiré.
(KO) 본 발명의 실시예는 광혼합 기법을 이용한 연속파 테라헤르츠 발생 및 검출 장치로서, 단일 파장을 가지며 서로 다른 주파수의 연속파 레이저 광원을 출력하여 광신호를 발생시키는 제1 및 제2 광원부, 제1 광원부에서 발생한 광신호에 대해 주파수를 천이시키는 제1 광전위상변조기 및 제2 광원부에서 발생한 광신호에 대해 주파수를 천이시키는 제2 광전위상변조기, 상기 제1 광전위상변조기에 의해 주파수가 천이된 광신호와 제2 광원부에서 발생된 광신호를 받아 증폭하는 제1 광증폭기 및 상기 제2 광전위상변조기에 의해 주파수가 천이된 광신호와 제1 광원부에서 발생된 광신호를 받아 증폭하는 제2 광증폭기, 상기 제1 광증폭기에 의해 증폭된 광신호를 테라헤르츠파로 발생시키는 광전변환기, 상기 제2 광증폭기에 의해 증폭된 광신호가 들어가며, 상기 광전변환기에 의해 발생한 테라헤르츠파를 광혼합을 통해 전기적 신호로 변환하는 포토믹서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광증폭기에서 보내진 광신호를 결합하는 광검출기 및 상기 광검출기를 통해 생성된 전기 신호를 필터링하는 필터부를 포함하고, 상기 전치 증폭기를 통해 전달된 전기 신호와 상기 광검출기와 대역통과필터를 통해 전달된 전기 신호를 비교하여 동일한 주파수를 갖는 위상잡음을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
