Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery and a method for preparing the same, wherein the negative electrode active material contains porous polycrystalline silicon and the porous polycrystalline silicon includes pores positioned in grain boundaries, and thus, the negative electrode active material can internally absorb the volume change thereof to exhibit a buffer action at the time of charging or discharging, resulting in the improvement in lifespan characteristics of a negative electrode and a battery.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une matière active d'électrode négative pour une batterie rechargeable au lithium et son procédé de préparation, laquelle matière active d'électrode négative contient du silicium polycristallin poreux et lequel silicium polycristallin poreux comprend des pores positionnés dans des joints de grain, et ainsi, la matière active d'électrode négative peut absorber en interne son changement de volume pour présenter un effet tampon au moment de la charge ou de la décharge, ce qui a pour résultat l'amélioration des caractéristiques de durée de vie d'une électrode négative et d'une batterie.
(KO) 본 발명은 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 음극활물질은 다공성의 다결정 실리콘을 포함하고, 상기 다공성의 다결정 실리콘은 결정립계에 위치하는 기공을 포함함으로써, 충방전시 활물질의 부피 변화를 내부적으로 흡수하여 완충작용을 나타낼 수 있으며, 그 결과로 음극 및 전지의 수명 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
