(EN)The present invention relates to an anode active material for a lithium secondary battery, a manufacturing method therefor and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same, and the anode active material comprises: a core including a lithium titanium oxide in chemical formula 1 below; and a coating layer positioned on the surface of the core and including an acid anhydride physically adsorbed to the core, thereby preventing a battery side reaction and gas generation and improving battery performance by effectively absorbing, from the surface, moisture formed during an oxidation or reduction reaction. [Chemical formula 1] In the formula LixTiyO4, x and y are the same as defined in the specification.
