Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a water-treatment separator having an increased permeation flux, and a water-treatment separator manufactured by the method, the method comprising the steps of: forming an aqueous solution layer, containing an amine compound, on a porous supporter; and forming a polyamide active layer by bringing an organic solution, containing an acyl halide compound, into contact with the aqueous solution layer, wherein the organic solution comprises a non-polar solvent and an amphipathic solvent having a melting point of 120℃ or higher.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un séparateur pour le traitement de l'eau offrant un flux de perméation accru, et un séparateur pour le traitement de l'eau fabriqué par ledit procédé, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : formation d'une couche de solution aqueuse, contenant un composé d'amine, sur un support poreux ; et mise en contact d'une solution organique, contenant un composé d'halogénure d'acyle, avec la couche de solution aqueuse pour former une couche de polyamide active, la solution organique comprenant un solvant non polaire et un solvant amphipathique ayant un point de fusion de 120°C ou plus.
(KO) 본 발명은 다공성 지지체 상에 아민 화합물을 포함하는 수용액층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 수용액층 상에 아실 할라이드 화합물을 포함하는 유기용액을 접촉시켜 폴리아미드 활성층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 수처리 분리막 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 유기용액은 비극성 용매 및 끓는점이 120℃ 이상의 양친매성 용매를 포함하여, 투과유량이 향상된 수처리 분리막의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법으로 제조된 수처리 분리막에 관한 것이다.
