Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology with which the performance of components of an artificial lung can be examined in a unified manner and with which the artificial lung, which is capable of exhibiting a comprehensively excellent performance, is designed and evaluated. Provided is an artificial lung which comprises a gas exchanger unit having an external perfusion-type hollow fibre membrane bundle for gas exchange and comprises a heat exchanger unit having heat exchange elements. The artificial lung measures a heat exchange performance coefficient of the artificial lung, the amount of blood filled in the artificial lung, and blood-side pressure loss of the artificial lung and calculates Fp3 = heat exchange performance coefficient of artificial lung / (amount of blood filled in artificial lung × blood-side pressure loss of artificial lung). The value of Fp3 is 0.15 or more.
(FR) La présente invention vise à proposer une technologie avec laquelle la performance de composants d'un poumon artificiel peut être examinée de manière unifiée et avec laquelle le poumon artificiel, qui est capable de présenter une excellente performance globale, est conçu et évalué. L'invention concerne un poumon artificiel qui comprend une unité échangeur de gaz ayant un faisceau de membranes à fibres creuses de type perfusion extérieure pour échange de gaz et comprend une unité échangeur thermique comprenant des éléments d'échange thermique. Le poumon artificiel mesure un coefficient de performance d'échange thermique du poumon artificiel, la quantité de sang remplie dans le poumon artificiel, et la perte de pression côté sang du poumon artificiel et calcule Fp3 = coefficient de performance d'échange thermique du poumon artificiel/ (quantité de sang remplie dans le poumon artificiel × perte de pression côté sang du poumon artificiel). La valeur de Fp3 est de 0,15 ou plus.
(JA)  本発明は、人工肺の各要素の性能を統一的に検討でき総合的に優れた性能を発揮できる人工肺を設計し評価する技術を提供することを目的とする発明であり、ガス交換用の外部潅流型中空糸膜束を有するガス交換器部および熱交換用エレメントを有する熱交換器部を備える人工肺であって、人工肺の熱交換性能係数、人工肺の血液充填量および人工肺の血液側圧力損失を測定し、Fp3=人工肺の熱交換性能係数/(人工肺の血液充填量×人工肺の血液側圧力損失)を計算し、Fp3の値が0.15以上である人工肺を提供する。
