Abstract:

(EN)Provided are an imaging element, an imaging device, an endoscope, and an endoscope system, with which a same-phase fluctuation component from a power supply and superposed on an image signal can be removed. A first chip (21) is equipped with: a photoreception unit (23) having multiple photoelectric conversion elements that are arranged as a two-dimensional matrix, and that receive light from the outside and store a charge in accordance with the amount of light; an imaging signal generation unit (240) that generates an imaging signal by converting the charges stored by the multiple photoelectric conversion elements to a voltage; and a reference signal generation unit (248) that generates a reference signal having a fluctuation component of the same phase as the imaging signal generated by the imaging signal generation unit (240).
(FR)L'invention concerne un élément d'imagerie, un dispositif d'imagerie, un endoscope, et un système d'endoscope, grâce auquel une composante de fluctuation de même phase provenant d'une alimentation électrique et superposée sur un signal d'image peut être éliminée. Une première puce (21) comporte : une unité de photoréception (23) ayant de multiples éléments de conversion photoélectrique qui sont agencés sous la forme d'une matrice à deux dimensions, et qui reçoivent la lumière provenant de l'extérieur et stockent une charge en fonction de la quantité de lumière; une unité de génération de signal d'imagerie (240) qui génère un signal d'imagerie en convertissant les charges stockées par les multiples éléments de conversion photoélectrique en une tension; et une unité de génération de signal de référence (248) qui génère un signal de référence ayant une composante de fluctuation de la même phase que le signal d'imagerie généré par l'unité de génération de signal d'imagerie (240).
