Abstract:
(EN) A sliding member 1 is formed from a sintered body. The sintered body comprises: a base layer 3 having mainly an Fe-based structure and containing 1.0-5.0% by weight of Cu, a metal having a lower melting point than Cu, and C; and a sliding layer 2 sintered with the base layer while in contact with the base layer 3, the sliding layer 2 having a sliding surface A. The sliding layer 2 has, as a base, an Fe-based structure containing at least one alloy element selected from Ni, Mo, Mn, and Cr, and further contains Cu and C, the Cu content being higher than that of the base layer.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un élément de coulissement (1), lequel élément est constitué à partir d'un corps fritté. Le corps fritté comprend : une couche de base (3) comportant une structure principalement à base de fer et contenant de 1,0 à 5,0 % en poids de Cu, un métal ayant un point de fusion inférieur à celui du Cu, et du C ; une couche de coulissement (2) frittée avec la couche de base tandis qu'elle est en contact avec la couche de base (3), la couche de coulissement (2) comportant une surface de coulissement (A). La couche de coulissement (2) comporte, en tant que base, une structure à base de fer contenant au moins un élément d'alliage sélectionné parmi Ni, Mo, Mn, et Cr, et contenant de plus du Cu et du C, la teneur en Cu étant supérieure à celle de la couche de base.
(JA) 摺動部材1を焼結体で形成する。この焼結体は、Fe系組織を主体として、1.0~5.0wt%のCu、Cuよりも低融点の金属、およびCを含有するベース層3と、ベース層3と接した状態でベース層と共に焼結され、摺動面Aを有する摺動層2とからなる。摺動層2は、Ni、Mo、Mn、およびCrの中から選択される少なくとも1種の合金元素を含むFe系組織をベースとし、さらにCuおよびCを含有し、Cuの含有量がベース層よりも多くなっている。
