Abstract:
(EN) A separation apparatus 10 is equipped with: a pre-treatment section 20 in which a fluid of interest which contains an olefin compound is subjected to at least one treatment selected from a treatment for reducing the amount of an acethylene-type compound, a treatment for reducing the amount of a sulfur compound and a treatment for reducing the amount of a microparticle component; and a separation section 30 in which the olefin compound is separated from the fluid of interest, which has been subjected to the pre-treatment, through an Ag-containing separation membrane. The pre-treatment section 20 may be so configured that at least one treatment selected from a hydrogenation treatment and an adsorption treatment with an adsorbing agent is carried out as the treatment for reducing the amount of an acethylene-type compound, at least one treatment selected from a washing/absorption treatment, an adsorption treatment with an adsorbing agent and a hydrodesulfurization treatment is carried out as the treatment for reducing the amount of a sulfur compound, and at least one treatment selected from a liquid absorption treatment, a capturing treatment and a filtration treatment with a filter is carried out as the treatment for reducing the amount of a microparticle component.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un appareil de séparation 10 pourvu de : une section de prétraitement 20, dans laquelle un fluide présentant de l'intérêt qui contient un composé oléfinique est soumis à un traitement pour la réduction de la quantité d'un composé de type acétylène, un traitement pour la réduction de la quantité d'un composé du soufre et/ou un traitement pour la réduction de la quantité d'un constituant sous forme de microparticules ; et une section de séparation 30, dans laquelle le composé oléfinique est séparé du fluide présentant de l'intérêt, qui a été soumis au prétraitement, grâce à une membrane de séparation contenant de l'Ag. La section de prétraitement 20 peut être conçue de manière telle qu'un traitement d'hydrogénation et/ou un traitement d'adsorption avec un agent adsorbant est(sont) effectué(s) en tant que traitement pour la réduction de la quantité d'un composé de type acétylène, un traitement de lavage/absorption, un traitement d'adsorption avec un agent adsorbant et/ou un traitement d'hydrodésulfuration est(sont) effectué(s) en tant que traitement pour la réduction de la quantité d'un composé du soufre et un traitement d'absorption de liquide, un traitement de capture et/ou un traitement de filtration avec un filtre est(sont) effectué(s) en tant que traitement pour la réduction de la quantité d'un constituant sous forme de microparticules.
(JA) 分離装置10は、オレフィン化合物を含む処理対象流体に対してアセチレン系化合物の低減処理、硫黄化合物の低減処理及び微粒子成分の低減処理のうち少なくとも1以上を行う前処理部20と、Agを含む分離膜により前処理後の処理対象流体からオレフィン化合物を分離する分離部30と、を備えている。前処理部20は、アセチレン系化合物の低減処理として、水素化処理及び吸着剤による吸着処理のうち1以上の処理を行い、硫黄化合物の低減処理として、洗浄吸収処理、吸着剤による吸着処理及び水素化脱硫処理のうち1以上の処理を行い、微粒子成分の低減処理として、液体吸収処理、捕集処理、フィルターによる濾過処理のうち1以上の処理を行うものとしてもよい。
