Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a POM resin composition which is used for a resin moulded article having an excellent sliding characteristic and wear resistance property and also having an excellent surface property and peeling resistance property. This POM resin composition contains: (A) 100 parts by mass of a POM resin; (B) 0.01-1 parts by mass of a hindered phenolic antioxidant; (C) 0.05-1 parts by mass inclusive of a nitrogen-containing compound; (D) 0.5-10 parts by mass of a modified olefin polymer which is an olefin polymer that has been modified by an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the like; (E) 0.01-5 parts by mass of an alkylene glycol polymer that has a primary or secondary amino group and a number average molecular weight of 400-500,000; (F) 0.1-20 parts by mass of calcium carbonate which has a BET specific surface area of 15 m2/g or less, has an average particle size of 50-200 nm or less, is surface-untreated, and is substantially cubic; (G) 0.1-10 parts by mass of a partial ester of a divalent to tetravalent alcohol; and (H) 0.1-10 parts by mass of an α-olefin oligomer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine POM qui est utilisée pour un article moulé de résine possédant une excellente caractéristique de glissement et une excellente propriété de résistance à l'usure et possédant également une excellente propriété de surface et une excellente propriété de résistance au pelage. Cette composition de résine POM contient : (A) 100 parties en masse d'une résine POM; (B) 0,01-1 parties en masse d'un antioxydant phénolique encombré; (C) 0,05-1 parties en masse inclus d'un composé contenant de l'azote; (D) 0,5-10 parties en masse d'un polymère d'oléfine modifié qui est un polymère d'oléfine qui a été modifié par un acide carboxylique insaturé ou analogue; (E) 0,01-5 parties en masse d'un polymère d'alkylène glycol qui a un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire et un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 400 à 500 000; (F) 0,1-20 parties en masse de carbonate de calcium qui a une surface spécifique BET égale ou inférieure à de 15 m2/g, a une taille moyenne des particules égale ou inférieure à 50-200 nm, est non traité en surface, et est sensiblement cubique, et; (G) 0,1-10 parties en masse d'un ester partiel d'un alcool divalent à tétravalent; et (H) 0,1-10 parties en masse d'un oligomère d'alpha-oléfinique.
(JA)  摺動特性、耐摩耗性に優れ、表面性、耐剥離性にも優れた樹脂成形品の用に供するPOM樹脂組成物を提供する。 本発明のPOM樹脂組成物は、(A)POM樹脂100質量部と、(B)ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤0.01~1質量部と、(C)窒素含有化合物0.05質量部以上1質量部以下と、(D)不飽和カルボン酸等によってオレフィン系重合体が変性された変性オレフィン系重合体0.5~10質量部と、(E)1級又は2級アミノ基を有し、数平均分子量が400~500,000のアルキレングリコール系重合体0.01~5質量部と、(F)BET比表面積が15m2/g以下、平均粒子径が50~200nm以下、表面未処理であり、略立方体状である炭酸カルシウム0.1~20質量部と、(G)2~4価のアルコールの部分エステル0.1~10質量部と、(H)αオレフィンオリゴマー0.1~10質量部とを含有する。
