Abstract:
(EN) A cast titanium slab comprising industrial pure titanium, wherein: an α-phase stabilizing element, a neutral element, or one or more types of elements selected therefrom are added to a surface serving as a rolling surface; a melted-resolidified layer obtained by melting and resolidifying has a depth in the range of 1mm or more; and the average concentration of the sum of the α-phase stabilizing element and the neutral element in the range up to a depth of 1mm, in comparison to the concentration of the sum of the α-phase stabilizing element and the neutral element in the base material, in mass%, is higher by at least 0.1% and less than 2.0%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une brame en titane coulée comprenant du titane industriel pur, dans laquelle : un élément stabilisateur de phase α, un élément neutre, ou un ou plusieurs types d'éléments choisis parmi ceux-ci sont ajoutés à une surface servant de surface de laminage; une couche fondue-resolidifiée obtenue par fusion et resolidification a une profondeur dans la plage de 1 mm ou plus; et la concentration moyenne de la somme de l'élément stabilisateur de phase α et de l'élément neutre dans la plage allant jusqu'à une profondeur de 1 mm, par comparaison à la concentration de la somme de l'élément stabilisateur de phase α et de l'élément neutre dans le matériau de base, en % en masse, est supérieure à au moins 0,1 % et inférieure à 2,0 %.
(JA)  工業用純チタンからなるチタン鋳片であって、圧延面となる表面に、α相安定化元素、中性元素の何れか一方、もしくは、両方のうち一種または二種類以上の元素を添加して溶融させ再凝固させた溶融再凝固層を深さ1mm以上の範囲に有し、深さ1mmまでの範囲におけるα相安定化元素と中性元素の合計の濃度の平均値が、母材中のα相安定化元素と中性元素の合計の濃度に比較して、質量%で、0.1%以上、2.0%未満高くなっている。
