Title: UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY DEVICE
Abstract:
When switching an uninterruptible power supply device (2) between the time of abnormality and the time of power return, inrush current due to a differential voltage is suppressed. The uninterruptible power supply device (2) is provided with: a converter (41) for converting commercial power supply (1) into a direct current; a DC capacitor (C4) for smoothing a DC voltage applied to a DC node; a DC-DC converter (42); an inverter (43) for converting the direct current into an alternate current; an interconnected switch (21); a filter circuit (3); a changeover switch (SW1) for opening or closing a connection between a positive electrode of a capacitor of the filter circuit (3) and a positive electrode of a storage battery; and a control circuit (8). When an abnormality occurs in the commercial power supply (1), the control circuit (8) causes a parallel-off of the commercial power supply (1) using the interconnected switch (21), and performs charging or discharging so as to set the voltage of the capacitor of the filter circuit (3) to be closer to the voltage of the storage battery (70). After that, the control circuit (8) supplies power of the storage battery (70) to the converter (41) by closing the changeover switch (SW1), thereby causing an arm of at least one phase to perform a boosting chopper operation.
