Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to produce a hollow object from multilayer sheets each comprising both a foamed resin layer and a fibrous layer, the hollow object combining strength with dimensional accuracy. The process for producing a hollow object comprises: a step in which a pair of heated multilayer sheets is disposed between a pair of molding dies positioned apart from each other; a step in which the space between one of the pair of multilayer sheets and the molding die located opposite the multilayer sheet and the space between the other of the pair of multilayer sheets and the molding die located opposite the multilayer sheet are evacuated; a step in which a gas is supplied to the space between the pair of multilayer sheets; and a step in which the pair of molding dies is moved so as to come close to each other and the pair of multilayer sheets is thermally fusion-bonded. In the step of supplying a gas, the gas has a pressure of 0.2-0.6 MPa.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est la production d'un objet creux à partir de feuilles multicouches comportant chacune à la fois une couche de résine expansée et une couche fibreuse, l'objet creux combinant la résistance à la précision dimensionnelle. Le procédé de fabrication d'un objet creux comprend : une étape dans laquelle une paire de feuilles multicouches chauffées est disposée entre une paire de matrices de moulage espacées l'une de l'autre; une étape dans laquelle l'espace entre l'une de la paire de feuilles multicouches et la matrice de moulage située à l'opposé de la feuille multicouche et l'espace entre l'autre de la paire de feuilles multicouches et la matrice de moulage située à l'opposé de la feuille multicouche sont évacués; une étape dans laquelle un gaz est introduit dans l'espace entre la paire de feuilles multicouches; et une étape dans laquelle la paire de matrices de moulage est déplacée de manière à se rapprocher l'une de l'autre et la paire de feuilles multicouches sont thermiquement liées par fusion. Dans l'étape d'introduction d'un gaz, le gaz a une pression de 0,2 à 0,6 MPa.
(JA)  発泡樹脂層と繊維層とを含む多層シートを用いて中空体を製造する際に、中空体の強度確保と形状精度確保とを両立させる。 中空体の製造方法は、加熱された一対の多層シートを離間した一対の成形型の間に配置する工程と、一対の多層シートの一方とそれに対向する成形型との間の空間と、一対の多層シートの他方とそれに対向する成形型との間の空間とを吸引する工程と、一対の多層シートの間の空間に気体を供給する工程と、一対の成形型を互いに接近するように移動させて一対の多層シートを熱融着させる工程とを備える。気体を供給する工程における気体の圧力は、0.2MPa以上、0.6MPa以下である。
