(EN) Systems and methods for classifying blood cells in a blood sample are disclosed. A series of frames of the blood sample as it flows through a field of view of an image capture device are captured and analysed. Advantageously, disclosed embodiments combine the availability of morphological cell data with the convenience of a flow-through arrangement. The classification results are used for estimating cell counts in a blood sample, in some embodiments.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de classer des cellules sanguines dans un échantillon de sang. Une série de vues de l'échantillon de sang s'écoulant dans un champ de vision d'un dispositif de capture d'image est capturée et analysée. De manière avantageuse, les modes de réalisation de l'invention combinent la disponibilité de données cellulaires morphologiques à la commodité d'un agencement en continu. Les résultats de classification sont utilisés pour estimer des numérations cellulaires dans un échantillon de sang, dans certains modes de réalisation.
