Abstract:
(EN) A method (3600) and system (2800, 2900, 3000, 3100) autonomously create a restore point for a luminaire controller (2810, 3110) and restore it to proper operation when required. The luminaire controller operates by using first operating software having a first software image, and receives a second software image of second operating software. The luminaire controller communicates the first software image to a first device (2820, 3120) connected to the luminaire controller via a communication network (2805, 3105), installs the second operating software, and performs a self test of the luminaire controller. If the luminaire controller fails the self test, the luminaire controller requests via the network that the first device transfer the first software image to the luminaire controller via the network, receives the first software image, installs the first operating software, and reverts to operation with the first operating software.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé (3600) et un système (2800, 2900, 3000, 3100) qui créent de manière autonome un point de restauration pour un dispositif de commande de luminaire (2810, 3110) et le restaurent pour un fonctionnement correct si nécessaire. Le dispositif de commande de luminaire fonctionne à l'aide d'un premier logiciel d'exploitation ayant une première image de logiciel et reçoit une seconde image de logiciel d'un second logiciel d'exploitation. Le dispositif de commande de luminaire communique la première image de logiciel à un premier dispositif (2820, 3120) connecté au dispositif de commande de luminaire via un réseau de communication (2805, 3105), installe le second logiciel d'exploitation et réalise un auto-test du dispositif de commande de luminaire. Si le dispositif de commande de luminaire échoue à l'auto-test, le dispositif de commande de luminaire demande via le réseau que le premier dispositif transfère la première image de logiciel au dispositif de commande de luminaire via le réseau, reçoit la première image de logiciel, installe le premier logiciel d'exploitation et retourne à un fonctionnement avec le premier logiciel d'exploitation.
