Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a fuel injection valve (10) comprising a valve body (12), a valve needle (26) and an electromagnetic actuator (28). The actuator (28) comprises an armature (34) axially displaceable in the valve body (12), which is mechanically coupled with the valve needle (26), and a pole element (36) which is arranged opposite the armature (34) and is fixed in relation to the valve body (12). An armature surface (42) of the armature (34) strikes a pole surface (44) of the pole element (36) if the valve needle reaches an open position. In one embodiment, the armature surface (42) and/or the pole surface (44) is/are formed by a chromium nitride layer (64, 65) of the armature (34) and/or the pole element (36). In addition, a method is disclosed for producing the fuel injection valve (10), which comprises a physical gas phase deposition process for producing the chromium nitride layer or layers (64, 65, 69).
(FR) L’invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant (10) qui comprend un corps de soupape (12), une aiguille de soupape (26) et un actionneur électromagnétique (28). L'actionneur (28) comporte un induit (34) qui est mobile axialement dans le corps de soupape (12) et qui est accouplé mécaniquement à l'aiguille de soupape (26) et un élément polaire (36) immobile par rapport au corps de soupape (12)) et disposé en face de l’induit (34). Der Aktuator (28) weist einen im Ventilkörper(12) axial bewegbaren Anker (34), der mit der Ventilnadel (26) mechanisch gekoppelt ist sowie ein dem Anker (34) gegenüberliegend angeordnetes, gegenüber dem Ventilkörper (12) ortsfestes Polelement (36) auf. Eine Ankerfläche (42) des Ankers (34) schlägt an eine Polfläche (44) des Polelements (36) an, wenn die Ventilnadel eine Öffnungsstellung erreicht. Bei einer Ausgestaltung ist/sind die Ankerfläche (42) und/oder die Polfläche (44) von einer Chromnitrid-Schicht (64, 65) des Ankers (34) bzw. des Polelements (36) gebildet. Zudem wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils (10) angegeben, das einen physikalischen Gasphasenabscheideprozess zur Herstellung der Chromitrid-Schicht oder -Schichten (64, 65, 69) umfasst.
