Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a multifunctionalized polyethylene glycol derivative and a preparation method therefor. The derivative has an H-shaped structure as represented by formula (1) and comprises one linear core LPEG and four PEG branch chains, where n1, n2, n3, and n4 respectively are the degrees of polymerization of the branch chains, U1 and U2 are trivalent branching groups connecting the core LPEG to two of the PEG branch chains, F1 and F2 contain a functional group or a protected form R01 thereof and may or may not contain a branched group G, correspondingly, the number of R01 is one or more, F1 and F2 are either identical or different, any one linking group in the molecule or any linking group formed with an adjacent heteroatom group can either remain stable or be degraded, and any one PEG segment in the molecule is discretely polydispersed or monodispersed. The multifunctional polyethylene glycol is flexible and diverse in terms of branch structures and the lengths of branching arms, has various parameters and performance indicators that are adjustable and easy to control, and has a broad applicability.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dérivé de polyéthylène glycol multifonctionnalisé et son procédé de préparation. Le dérivé présente une structure en forme de H telle que représentée par la formule (1) et comprend un cœur linéaire de LPEG et quatre chaînes ramifiées de PEG, n1, n2, n3, et n4 étant respectivement les degrés de polymérisation des chaînes ramifiées, U1 et U2 étant des groupes ramifiés trivalents reliant le cœur de LPEG à deux des chaînes ramifiées de PEG, F1 et F2 contenant un groupe fonctionnel ou une forme protégée R01 associée et pouvant ou non contenir un groupe ramifié G, en conséquence, le nombre de R01 étant de un ou plus, F1 et F2 étant soit identiques soit différents, tout groupe de liaison dans la molécule ou tout groupe de liaison formé avec un groupe adjacent comportant un hétéroatome pouvant soit rester stable, soit être dégradé, et tout segment de PEG contenu dans la molécule étant monodispersé ou polydispersé de manière discrète. Le polyéthylène glycol multifonctionnel est flexible, présente diverses structures ramifiées et diverses longueurs de bras de ramification, comporte divers paramètres et indicateurs de performance qui sont ajustables et faciles à réguler et possède une vaste applicabilité.
(ZH) 本发明公开一种多官能化聚乙二醇衍生物及其制备方法。其具有H型结构,如式(1)所示,其中包括一个线性主轴LPEG及四个PEG分支链,n1、n2、n3、n4分别为分支链的聚合度;U1、U2为连接主轴LPEG和两个PEG分支链的三价支化基团;F1、F2含有功能性基团或其被保护形式R01,且可不含或含有支化基团G,相应地,R01的个数为1个或多个;F1、F2相同或不同;分子中任一个连接基或其与相邻杂原子基团形成的连接基可稳定存在或可发生降解;分子中任一个PEG链段各自独立地为多分散性或单分散性。该官能化聚乙二醇在支化结构、分支臂的长度等方面灵活多样、各种参数和性能指标可调易控,应用广泛。
