Title: LEFT ATRIAL APPENDAGE OCCLUSION APPARATUS
Abstract:
A left atrial appendage occlusion apparatus comprises an inner disc surface (11) and an outer disc surface (12) knitted by shaped memory silk threads. The center of the inner disc surface (11) is connected to the center of the outer disc surface (12) by means of a connecting portion (13). The connecting portion (13) is a prefabricated rod. The inner disc surface (11) and the outer disc surface (12) are respectively fixed to two ends of the connecting portion (13). A flow blocking membrane (2) is disposed in each of the inner disc surface (11) and the outer disc surface (12). A connector (3) is disposed on the outer disc surface (12). The connecting portion (13) is of a tubular structure with an inner cavity. A through hole is formed in the connector (3). The connecting portion (13) is connected to the connector (3), and the inner cavity of the connecting portion (13) is in communication with the through hole of the connector (3) to form a conveying channel. The left atrial appendage occlusion apparatus is implanted from the outer side of the left atrial appendage, and relates to a minimally invasive surgery. By means of the apparatus, a doctor can directly see the left atrial appendage, the operation process is simplified, the operation safety is improved, and the pains of a patient are relieved. In addition, the conveying channel is disposed, which allows a medicine or a contrast agent to be conveniently injected into a human body in the operation process.
