Abstract:

(EN)Provided are a network controller, a system, and a method for resource allocation. The terminal comprises: a receiver module used for receiving a resource allocation request of an air interface dedicated channel transmitted by a base station, where the resource allocation request comprises a resource request type and a base station identifier, and the dedicated channel is used for transmitting application data that is discontinuously transmitted and less than a predetermined threshold in length; an allocation module used for allocating an air interface dedicated channel resource for the base station on the basis of information in a policy database and transmitting information of the air interface dedicated channel resource to the base station via a first resource allocation message; and, a transmitter module used for transmitting information of a network dedicated channel resource to a gateway via a second resource allocation message when a confirmation message returned by the base station is received. Employment of embodiments of the present invention solves the problem with resource allocation in management of a network when a normal network service may be affected by an application or a terminal.

Le terminal comporte: un module récepteur utilisé pour recevoir une demande d'attribution de ressources d'un canal dédié d'interface radio émise par une station de base, la demande d'attribution de ressources comportant un type de demande de ressources et un identifiant de station de base, et le canal dédié étant utilisé pour émettre des données d'application qui sont émises de façon discontinue et dont la longueur est inférieure à un seuil prédéterminé; un module d'attribution utilisé pour attribuer une ressource de canal dédié d'interface radio à la station de base d'après des informations figurant dans une base de données de politiques et pour envoyer des informations sur la ressource de canal dédié d'interface radio à la station de base via un premier message d'attribution de ressources; et un module émetteur utilisé pour envoyer des informations sur une ressource de canal dédié de réseau à une passerelle via un deuxième message d'attribution de ressources lorsqu'un message de confirmation renvoyé par la station de base est reçu. L'emploi de modes de réalisation de la présente invention résout le problème posé par l'attribution de ressources dans la gestion d'un réseau lorsqu'un service normal du réseau est susceptible d'être affecté par une application ou un terminal.
