Abstract:
A method, a station (100), and an access point (200) for transmitting a physical layer packet. The station (100) comprises: a generation unit (110) for generating a physical layer packet, the physical layer packet comprising, in the order of transmission sequence, a preamble, a first data field, and a long training field wherein the first data field is used for carrying a data symbol, the long training field is used for carrying a long training symbol, and the sum of the time lengths of the preamble and the first data field is greater than or equal to a pre-set time length; a transmission unit (120) for transmitting the physical layer packet. The method, station (100), and the access point (200) for transmitting a physical layer packet reduces the effect of CFO fluctuations, caused by STA transmission switching, on the long training field used for channel estimation, thereby enhancing the accuracy of channel estimation.
