Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel estimation method, a communications node, and a communications system. The method comprises: obtaining the preamble of a signal packet transmitted by a first communications node; the preamble at least comprises a first field and a second field, the sub-carrier of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol of the first field being used to bear a first reference signal, the first reference signal being a determination signal already known to the second communications node and to the first communications node, and the sub-carrier of the OFDM symbol of the second field being used to bear useful information; the useful information is the physical layer control information and/or data; using the first field and the second field to obtain the estimation of the first channel on all sub-carriers of each spatial stream within a multiple-input multiple-output transmission frequency band. The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention ensure the channel estimation performance while lowering signaling cost and enhancing resource utilization rate.
