The purpose of the present invention is to minimize decreases in system throughput in a wireless communication system that uses dual connectivity. A user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a PHY layer processing unit that communicates with a plurality of wireless base stations for setting each of cell groups configured from one or more cells and that controls the transmission power of an uplink signal for each cell group; and a MAC layer processing unit that controls retransmission of the uplink signal. The PHY layer processing unit controls the total transmission power of a simultaneously transmitted first PRACH for a master base station and a second PRACH for a secondary base station on the basis of an instruction from the MAC layer processing unit so that the transmission power of the second PRACH is reduced and the total transmission power is equal to or less than a permissible maximum transmission power. The MAC layer processing unit controls power ramping during retransmission of the second PRACH on the basis of a notification relating to a power-limited state of the second PRACH, said notification being reported from the PHY layer processing unit.

La présente invention a pour objet de réduire à un minimum les diminutions de débit d'un système dans un système de communication sans fil qui utilise une double connectivité. D'après un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un terminal utilisateur comprend : une unité de traitement de couche PHY qui communique avec une pluralité de stations de base sans fil afin de paramétrer chacun des groupes de cellules constitués d'une ou plusieurs cellules et qui commande la puissance de transmission d'un signal en liaison montante pour chaque groupe de cellules ; et une unité de traitement de couche MAC qui commande la retransmission du signal en liaison montante. L'unité de traitement de couche PHY commande la puissance de transmission totale d'un premier PRACH transmis simultanément et destiné à une station de base principale et d'un second PRACH destiné à une station de base secondaire sur la base d'une instruction provenant de l'unité de traitement de couche MAC de telle sorte que la puissance de transmission du second PRACH est réduite et que la puissance de transmission totale est inférieure ou égale à une puissance de transmission maximale admissible. L'unité de traitement de couche MAC commande une variation de puissance pendant une retransmission du second PRACH sur la base d'une notification relative à un état limité en puissance du second PRACH, ladite notification étant rapportée depuis l'unité de traitement de couche PHY.
