Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure is directed to a method of treating spinal cord injury and/or symptoms associated with spinal cord by administration to a subject in need thereof a dominant negative TNF-α polypeptide that inhibits the activity of soluble TNF-α but not transmembrane TNF-α.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement d'une lésion de la moelle épinière et/ou de symptômes associés à la moelle épinière par administration, à un sujet qui en a besoin, d'un polypeptide TNF-α négatif dominant qui inhibe l'activité de TNF-α soluble mais pas celle d'un TNF-α transmembranaire.
