Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von strahlenhärtbaren Alkenyletherpolyolen und richtet sich darüber hinaus auf strahlenhärtbare Alkenyletherpolyole, die mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens hergestellt wurden, sowie auf deren Verwendung zur Synthese von strahlenvernetzbaren Oligomeren oder Polymeren mittels Polyadditions- oder Polykondensationsreaktionen, insbesondere zur Synthese von strahlenhärtbaren Polyestern, Polyethern, Polyurethanen und Polyharnstoffen, besonders bevorzugt UV-härtbaren Polyurethanen. Die vorliegende Erfindung richtet sich darüber hinaus auf strahlenhärtbare Polyurethanpolymere, die erhältlich sind durch Umsetzen mindestens eines Alkenyletherpolyols im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung mit einem Polyisocyanat.

The invention relates to a method for producing radiation-curable alkenyl ether polyols, to radiation-curable alkenyl ether polyols produced using the method according to the invention, and to the use thereof for the sysnthesis of radiation-interlinkable oligomers or polymers by means of polyaddition reactions or polycondensation reactions, in particular for the synthesis of radiation-curable polyesters, polyethers, polyurethanes and polyureas, particularly preferably UV-curable polyurethanes. The invention also relates to radiation-curable polyurethane polymers that are obtained by reacting at least one alkenyl ether polyol according to the invention with a polyisocyanate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'alcényléther-polyols durcissables par rayonnement et concerne en outre des alcényléther-polyols durcissables par rayonnement qui ont été préparés d'après le procédé selon l'invention, ainsi que leur utilisation pour la synthèse d'oligomères ou de polymères réticulables par rayonnement au moyen de réactions de polyaddition ou de polycondensation, en particulier pour la synthèse de polyesters, polyéthers, polyuréthanes et polyurées durcissables par rayonnement, en particulier préférentiellement des polyuréthanes durcissables par rayons UV. La présente invention concerne en outre des polymères de polyuréthane durcissables par rayonnement pouvant être obtenus par conversion d'au moins un alcényléther-polyol au sens de la présente invention avec un polyisocyanate.
