Provided is a cold-rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet which has excellent surface beauty before and after forming, while having sufficient formability. This cold-rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet contains 0.01-0.05% of C, 0.02-0.75% of Si, 0.1-1.0% of Mn, 0.04% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 0.001-0.10% of Al, 0.01-0.06% of N and 16.0-18.0% of Cr with the balance made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The metal structure thereof is composed of ferrite phases, and the average particle diameter of the ferrite is 10 μm or less. The area ratio of ferrite particles having particle diameters of 10 μm or more but less than 40 μm is 60% or more relative to the whole metal structure, while the area ratio of ferrite particles having particle diameters of less than 5 μm is less than 20% relative to the whole metal structure.

L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier inoxydable ferritique laminée à froid qui présente une excellente beauté superficielle avant et après la mise en forme tout en présentant une aptitude au formage suffisante. Cette tôle d'acier inoxydable ferritique laminée à froid contient entre 0,01 et 0,05 % de carbone (C), entre 0,02 et 0,75 % de silicium (Si), entre 0,1 et 1,0 % de manganèse (Mn), une quantité égale ou inférieure à 0,04 % de phosphore (P), une quantité égale ou inférieure à 0,01 % de soufre (S), entre 0,001 et 0,10 % d'aluminium (Al), entre 0,01 et 0,06 % d'azote (N) et entre 16,0 et 18,0 % de chrome (Cr), le reste étant constitué de fer (Fe) et d'impuretés inévitables. Sa structure métallique est composée de phases de ferrite, et le diamètre particulaire moyen de la ferrite est égal ou inférieur à 10 µm. Le rapport de surface des particules de ferrite ayant des diamètres de particule égaux ou supérieurs à 10 μm mais inférieurs à 40 µm est égal ou supérieur à 60 % par rapport à la totalité de la structure métallique tandis que le rapport de surface des particules de ferrite ayant des diamètres de particule inférieurs à 5 µm est inférieur à 20 % par rapport à la totalité de la structure métallique.

成形前および成形後の表面美麗性に優れるとともに、十分な成形性を有するフェライト系ステンレス冷延鋼板を提供する。 C:0.01~0.05%、Si:0.02~0.75%、Mn:0.1~1.0%、P:0.04%以下、S:0.01%以下、Al:0.001~0.10%、N:0.01~0.06%、Cr:16.0~18.0%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる。金属組織は、フェライト相からなり、フェライト平均粒径が10μm以下であり、粒径10μm以上40μm未満のフェライト粒が金属組織全体に対する面積率で60%以上であり、粒径5μm未満のフェライト粒が金属組織全体に対する面積率で20%未満である。
