Abstract
(EN) A method for operating a transmitting device to communicate with a receiving device is described herein. The method includes the step of the transmitting device selecting a root index value from a set of root index values. The method further includes the step of the transmitting device generating a frequency domain Constant Amplitude Zero Auto-Correlation sequence based on the selected root index value. The method further includes the step of the transmitting device modulating the Constant Amplitude Zero Auto-Correlation sequence by a pseudo-noise sequence. The method further includes the step of the transmitting device generating an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing symbol, wherein the frequency domain Constant Amplitude Zero Auto-Correlation sequence modulated by the pseudo-noise sequence defines subcarrier values for the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing symbol. The method further includes the step of the transmitting device transmitting the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing symbol as an initial Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing symbol of a preamble of a frame to the receiving device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de faire fonctionner un dispositif de transmission afin de communiquer avec un dispositif de réception. Le procédé comprend l'étape de sélection, par le dispositif de transmission, d'une valeur d'indice racine à partir d'un ensemble de valeurs d'indice racine. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape de production, par le dispositif de transmission, d'une séquence d'autocorrélation nulle d'amplitude constante de domaine de fréquence sur la base de la valeur d'indice racine sélectionnée. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape de modulation, par le dispositif de transmission, de la séquence d'autocorrélation nulle d'amplitude constante par une séquence de pseudo-bruit. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape de production, par le dispositif de transmission, d'un symbole de multiplexage par répartition orthogonale de la fréquence, la séquence d'autocorrélation nulle d'amplitude constante de domaine de fréquence modulée par la séquence de pseudo-bruit définissant des valeurs de sous-porteuse pour le symbole de multiplexage par répartition orthogonale de la fréquence. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape de transmission, par le dispositif de transmission, du symbole de multiplexage par répartition orthogonale de la fréquence sous la forme d'un symbole de multiplexage par répartition orthogonale de la fréquence initial d'un préambule d'une trame au dispositif de réception.
