Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an assembly expansion composite beam comprising: a pair of web plates which have provided on the upper end thereof an upper flange bent horizontally and which are placed away from each other so as to become side boards of a composite beam; a plurality of lower plates which have provided on both ends end flanges bent vertically and which are placed such that the end flanges come in contact with the lower ends of the web plates or other end flanges, thereby becoming the floor board of the composite beam; coupling bolts which pass through a plurality of through holes formed on the end flanges and the lower sides of the web plates, respectively, thereby coupling in the horizontal direction the end flanges with the other end flanges or the lower ends of the web plates; and coupling nuts. The present invention enables manufacturing of a lower plate of a composite beam, which is formed from a thin board (4.5t-12t) and has wide width, in accordance with the restriction for width to thickness ratio of a board, and can increase the expandability of the width of a lower flange even when using the thin board.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une poutre composite assemblée extensible comprenant : une paire de plaques d'âme présentant sur leur extrémité supérieure une bride supérieure pliée horizontalement et qui sont disposées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre de manière à former les panneaux latéraux d'une poutre composite ; une pluralité de plaques inférieures présentant sur leurs deux extrémités des brides d'extrémité pliées verticalement et qui sont disposées de telle sorte que les brides d'extrémité entrent en contact avec les extrémités inférieures des plaques d'âme ou d'autres brides d'extrémité, de sorte à former le panneau de plancher de la poutre composite composite ; des boulons d'accouplement qui passent à travers une pluralité de trous traversants formés dans les brides d'extrémité et les côtés inférieurs des plaques d'âme, respectivement, accouplant ainsi dans la direction horizontale les brides d'extrémité avec les autres brides d'extrémité ou les extrémités inférieures des plaques d'âme ; et des écrous d'accouplement. (KO) 본 발명은 상단에 수평 절곡된 상부 플랜지를 구비하며, 합성보의 측판이 되도록 서로 이격되어 배치되는 한 쌍의 웨브 플레이트(web plate)와, 양단에 수직 절곡된 단부 플랜지를 구비하며, 합성보의 바닥판이 되도록 상기 단부 플랜지가 상기 웨브 플레이트의 하단 또는 다른 단부 플랜지와 맞닿게 배치되는 복수의 하부 플레이트(lower plate)와, 상기 웨브 플레이트들의 하측 및 상기 단부 플랜지들에 각각 형성된 복수의 관통홀을 관통하여 상기 단부 플랜지와 상기 웨브 플레이트의 하단 또는 상기 단부 플랜지들을 서로 수평 방향으로 체결하는 체결 볼트 및 체결 너트를 포함하는 조립식 확장 합성보에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 박판(4.5t~12t 미만)으로 이루어지고 폭이 넓은 합성보의 하부 플레이트를 판폭 두께비 제한 규정에 부합하는 형태로 제작할 수 있고, 박판을 사용하여도 하부플랜지의 폭의 확장성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
