The present invention relates to a glow plug assembly having a double terminal, which is formed to enable reliable control with a fast response by preventing noise generation caused by grounding, and to this end, the glow plug assembly comprises: a housing extending in the axial direction; a heating tube coupled to the lower part of the housing and filled with insulation powder therein; a cap fixed to the upper end of the housing; a first terminal and a second terminal of which the upper part is fixed to the cap and the lower part enters the inside of the heating tube; and a heating coil of which both ends are coupled to the other ends of each terminal and a winding part is closely arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the heating tube, wherein the other end of the first terminal is coupled to one end of the heating coil such that the first terminal is formed to have a relatively shorter length than that of the second terminal, and the second terminal is formed by downwardly extending in a relatively longer manner than that of the first terminal and has a structure in which the second terminal is induced toward the center of the wound heating coil through a curved part so as to secure an insulation space with the heating coil and is coupled to the other end of the heating coil extending up to the lower part of the inside of the heating tube.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble bougie de préchauffage à double borne, qui est formé de manière à permettre une commande fiable avec une réponse rapide par empêchement de la production de bruit provoqué par la mise à la terre, et dans cette optique, cet ensemble bougie de préchauffage comprend : un boîtier s'étendant dans la direction axiale ; un tube chauffant couplé à la partie inférieure du boîtier et dont l'intérieur est rempli de poudre d'isolation ; un capuchon fixé à l'extrémité supérieure du boîtier ; des première et seconde bornes dont la partie supérieure est fixée au capuchon et la partie inférieure pénètre à l'intérieur du tube chauffant ; et une bobine de chauffage dont chacune des deux extrémités est couplée à l'autre extrémité de chaque borne et dont une partie enroulement est étroitement disposée sur la surface circonférentielle intérieure du tube chauffant, cet ensemble bougie étant caractérisé en ce que l'autre extrémité de la première borne est couplée à une extrémité de la bobine de chauffage, de telle sorte que la première borne est formée de manière à présenter une longueur relativement plus courte que celle de la seconde borne, et en ce que la seconde borne est formée par extension vers le bas, de manière relativement plus longue que ne l'est la première borne, en ce qu'elle présente une structure dans laquelle elle est induite vers le centre de l'enroulement de chauffage sous l'effet d'une partie incurvée, de manière à assurer un espace d'isolation avec la bobine de chauffage, et en ce qu'elle est couplée à l'autre extrémité de la bobine de chauffage s'étendant jusqu'à la partie inférieure de l'intérieur du tube chauffant.

본 발명은 접지로 인한 노이즈 발생을 방지하여 응답성이 빠르고 신뢰성 있는 제어가 가능하도록 구성된 2중 단자를 갖는 글로우 플러그 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 축선방향으로 연장되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 하부에 결합되고, 내부에는 절연분말이 충진된 발열튜브;와, 상기 하우징의 상단에 고정되는 캡;과, 상부는 상기 캡에 고정되고, 하부는 상기 발열튜브의 내부로 진입되는 제 1단자및 제 2단자; 및 양단이 상기 각 단자의 타단에 결합되고, 권선부분이 발열튜브의 내주면에 근접배치되는 히팅코일;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 제 1단자는 타단이 히팅코일의 일단에 결합되어 상기 제 2단자보다 상대적으로 길이가 짧은 구성이고, 상기 제 2단자는 상기 제 1단자보다 상대적으로 길게 하향 연장된 구성이며, 히팅코일과의 절연공간을 확보하기 위해 굴곡부를 통해 권선된 히팅코일의 중앙으로 유도시켜 발열튜브의 내측 하부까지 연장된 히팅코일의 타단과 결합되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 한다.
