Provided is a supply and demand control device for controlling the charging of a storage battery in a power system in which the following are connected: a first power generation device for which load frequency control is carried out so that the supply of and demand for power among loads is balanced, and which supplies power to the loads; a second power generation device that supplies power to the loads using renewable energy; and a storage battery that stores the power generated by the second power generation device. The supply and demand control device comprises: a determination unit for determining whether the output value of the first power generation device has reached a minimum target value of the first power generation device; and a first control unit for, in the case where the output value of the first power generation device has reached the minimum target value, causing the power generated by the second power generation device to be stored in the power storage battery so that the output value of the first power generation device does not fall below the minimum target value.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de gestion de l'offre et de la demande destiné à commander la charge d'une pile rechargeable, dans un système électrique dans lequel les éléments suivants sont connectés : un premier dispositif de production d'énergie dans lequel une commande fréquence-puissance est affectuée de manière à équilibrer l'offre et la demande de puissance parmi des charges, et qui fournit de l'énergie aux charges; un second dispositif de production d'énergie qui fournit de l'énergie aux charges à l'aide d'énergie renouvelable; une pile rechargeable qui stocke l'énergie produite par le second dispositif de production d'énergie. Le dispositif de gestion de l'offre et de la demande comporte : une unité de détermination pour déterminer si une valeur de sortie du premier dispositif de production d'énergie atteint une valeur cible minimale du premier dispositif de production d'énergie; une première unité de commande pour amener, dans le cas où la valeur de sortie du premier dispositif de production d'énergie atteint la valeur cible minimale, l'énergie produite par le second dispositif de production d'énergie à être stockée dans la pile rechargeable d'énergie, de manière que la valeur de sortie du premier dispositif de production d'énergie ne tombe pas au-dessous de la valeur cible minimale.

負荷との間における電力の需要及び供給がバランスするように負荷周波数制御が行われ、前記負荷に電力を供給する第1発電装置と、再生可能エネルギーを利用して前記負荷に電力を供給する第2発電装置と、前記第2発電装置の発電電力を充電する蓄電池と、が接続される電力系統において、前記蓄電池の充電を制御する需給制御装置であって、前記第1発電装置の出力値が前記第1発電装置の最低目標値に達したか否かを判定する判定部と、前記第1発電装置の出力値が前記最低目標値に達した場合、前記第1発電装置の出力値が前記最低目標値を下回らないように、前記蓄電池に対して前記第2発電装置の発電出力を充電させる第1制御部と、を備える。
