Abstract

The invention relates to a bending head, especially for an automatic bending machine, containing a pair of bending rolls (1, 2) and a bending support (8), whereby the bending rolls (1, 2) are mounted rotatably about their mutually parallel longitudinal axes (10, 20) on a bending stirrup (3), which is situated with its length perpendicularly to the longitudinal axes of the bending rolls (1, 2). Each of the bending rolls (1, 2) is aligned with a means of a mutual forced rotary coupling of both rolls (1, 2) and at least one of the rolls (1, 2) is coupled to a drive of its rotation, whereby the bending stirrup (3) is mounted rectilinearly reversibly slidingly in the direction of its length in a rotary bending carrier (5), which is mounted in a bracket (6) rotatably about its longitudinal axis (50), which is parallel to the longitudinal axes (10, 20) of both rolls (1, 2) and is situated in a plane interlaid by the iongitudinal axes (10, 20) of both rolls (1, 2) and at the same time is perpendicular to the direction of the length the bending stirrup (3), the bracket (6) being mounted on the frame (0) of the bending head rectilinearly reversibly slidingly in the direction (X) perpendicular to the Iongitudinal axes (10, 20, 50) of both rolls (1, 2) and of the rotary bending carrier (5) and parallel to the direction of the length of the bending stirrup (3), all in a mutual initial position "zero" " during insertion and removal of the bent materia! into and from the rolls (1. 2).

L'invention concerne une tête de cintrage, en particulier pour une machine à cintrer automatique, contenant une paire de rouleaux de cintrage (1, 2) et un support de cintrage (8), moyennant quoi les rouleaux de cintrage (1, 2) sont montés rotatifs autour de leurs axes longitudinaux (10, 20) parallèles l'un à l'autre sur un étrier (3) de cintrage, qui est situé de façon telle que sa longueur est perpendiculaire aux axes longitudinaux des rouleaux de cintrage (1, 2). Chacun des rouleaux de cintrage (1, 2) est aligné avec un moyen d'accouplement rotatif forcé mutuel des deux rouleaux (1, 2) et au moins l'un des rouleaux (1, 2) est accouplé à un entraînement de sa rotation, moyennant quoi l'étrier de cintrage (3) est monté de façon rectiligne de façon réversiblement coulissante dans la direction de sa longueur dans un support de cintrage rotatif (5), qui est monté dans un support (6) de manière rotative autour de son axe longitudinal (50), qui est parallèle aux axes longitudinaux (10, 20) des deux rouleaux (1, 2) et est situé dans un plan intercalé entre les axes longitudinaux (10, 20) des deux rouleaux (1, 2) et en même temps est perpendiculaire à la direction de la longueur de l'étrier de cintrage (3), le support (6) étant monté sur le châssis (0) de la tête de cintrage de façon rectiligne de façon réversiblement coulissante dans la direction (X) perpendiculaire aux axes longitudinaux (10, 20, 50) des deux rouleaux (1, 2) et du support de cintrage rotatif (5) et parallèle à la direction de la longueur de l'étrier de cintrage (3), tous dans une position initiale les uns par rapport aux autres "zéro" pendant l'introduction du matériau cintré dans les rouleaux (1, 2) et son retrait de ceux-ci.
