Abstract

A structure, system and method for the in situ ballasting of solar panel ground support structures, the method, system and structures comprising the positioning of supporting posts or anchoring elements therefor within a peripherally enclosing frame constructed of removable interfitting plates, with the frame having an open top and preferably open bottom, on the ground at a final solar panel array supporting position. The supporting posts or anchoring elements therefor are vertically aligned and maintained in position relative to each other and a ballast material, such as concrete, is poured into the enclosing frame around the supporting posts or anchoring elements therefor in the final solar panel supporting position thereof with the ballast material being allowed to harden. A solar panel support structure is constructed with the solar panel support structure being ballasted, in final solar panel array position, in situ. Thereafter solar panels are placed on the ballasted support structure to provide the solar panel array.

L'invention concerne une structure, un système et un procédé pour le lestage in situ de structures de support au sol de panneau solaire, le procédé, le système et les structures comprenant le positionnement de poteaux de support ou d'éléments d'ancrage pour ceux-ci à l'intérieur d'un cadre enveloppant périphérique construit de plaques d'emboîtement amovibles, le cadre possédant une partie supérieure ouverte et un fond de préférence ouvert sur le sol au niveau d'une position de support final de réseau de panneaux solaires. Les poteaux de support ou éléments d'ancrage pour ceux-ci sont alignés verticalement et maintenus en position les uns par rapport aux autres et un matériau de lest, tel que du béton, est déversé dans le cadre enveloppant autour des poteaux de support ou éléments d'ancrage pour ceux-ci dans la position finale de support de panneau solaire de ceux-ci, le matériau de lest étant autorisé à durcir. Une structure de support de panneau solaire est construite, la structure de support de panneau solaire étant lestée, à la position finale de réseau de panneaux solaires, in situ. Par la suite, les panneaux solaires sont placés sur la structure de support lestée pour fournir le réseau de panneaux solaires.
