Abstract

Techniques for secure non-volatile random access memory are provided. In one aspect, a request to write to secure non-volatile random access memory may be received. A processor may enter a system management mode. A lock password may be retrieved from a system management mode memory. The lock password may be written to a locking device, wherein the locking device may unlock the secure non-volatile random access memory. The lock password may have been generated at the time the system was booted. The secure non-volatile random access memory may then be written. The secure non-volatile random access memory may then be re-locked.

L'invention concerne des techniques pour une mémoire vive non volatile sécurisée. Selon un aspect, une requête pour écrire dans une mémoire vive non volatile sécurisée peut être reçue. Un processeur peut entrer dans un mode de gestion de système. Un mot de passe de verrouillage peut être extrait à partir d'une mémoire de mode de gestion de système. Le mot de passe de verrouillage peut être écrit dans un dispositif de verrouillage, le dispositif de verrouillage pouvant déverrouiller la mémoire vive non volatile sécurisée.
