The purpose of the present invention is to provide an acrylic fiber treatment agent which, in the production of carbon fibers, makes it possible to achieve bundling properties of fiber bundles, to prevent fusion between the fibers and to provide stable workability. This acrylic fiber treatment agent contains a compound (A) represented by general formula (1), and a polyether compound (B) having a weight average molecular weight of 8000-25000, wherein the total weight ratio of the compound (A) and the polyether compound (B) is 50-99 wt%. (In expression (1), R1 and R2 are independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. AO is an oxyalkylene group of 2-4 carbon atoms. m and n are each independently a number greater than or equal to 1.)

La présente invention vise à fournir un agent de traitement de fibre acrylique qui, dans la fabrication de fibres de carbone, permet d'obtenir des propriétés de formation de faisceaux de fibre de façon à empêcher la fusion entre les fibres et à fournir une maniabilité stable. Cet agent de traitement de fibre acrylique contient un composé (A) représenté par la formule générale (1), et un composé de polyéther (B) ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids de 8000 à 25000, le rapport en poids total du composé (A) et du composé de polyéther (B) étant de 50 à 99 % en poids (Dans l'expression (1), R1 et R2 sont indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle. AO est un groupe oxyalkylène de 2 à 4 atomes de carbone. m et n sont chacun indépendamment un nombre supérieur ou égal à 1).

 本発明の目的は、炭素繊維製造における繊維束の集束性、繊維間の融着防止及び安定した操業性を両立させることができるアクリル繊維処理剤を提供することにある。 本発明のアクリル繊維処理剤は、下記一般式(1)で示される化合物(A)及び重量平均分子量8000~25000のポリエーテル化合物(B)を含有し、前記化合物(A)及び前記ポリエーテル化合物(B)の合計の重量割合が50~99重量%である。(式(1)中、R及びRは、それぞれ独立して、水素原子又はアルキル基である。AOは炭素数2~4のオキシアルキレン基である。m及びnは、それぞれ独立して、1以上の数である。)
