Steuerverfahren für ein Filtersystem, welches wenigstens ein Filterelement (2) aufweist,gekennzeichnetdurch kontinuierliches Aufzeichnen eines Gesamtenergieverbrauches (EG) während eines Filterzyklus (22) des Filtersystems, wobei der Gesamtenergieverbrauch (EG) zumindest aus dem Energieverbrauch (EB) für eine physikalische Reinigung (24) und dem Energieverbrauch (EP) für den anschließenden Produktionszyklus (23) bis zu einem vorbestimmten, insbesondere aktuellen Zeitpunktbesteht, Berechnen eines relativen Energieverbrauchs (Erel) durch Division des aufgezeichneten Gesamtenergieverbrauches (EG) durch ein Netto-Permeat-Volumen (QN), welches während des Filterzyklus (22) bis zu dem vorbestimmten Zeitpunkt produziert worden ist, Starten einer physikalischen Reinigung (24) in Abhängigkeit des relativen Energieverbrauches oder eines von diesem angeleiteten Kennwertes.

The invention relates to a control method for a filter system, which has at least one filter element (2), said method being characterized by the following steps: continuously recording a total energy consumption (EG) during a filter cycle (22) of the filter system, wherein the total energy consumption (EG) consists at least of the energy consumption (EB) for a physical cleaning process (24) and the energy consumption (EP) for the subsequent production cycle (23) up to a specified point in time, in particular a current point in time; calculating a relative energy consumption (Erel) by dividing the recorded total energy consumption (EG) by a net permeate volume (QN) which has been produced during the filter cycle (22) up to the specified point in time; and starting a physical cleaning process (24) dependent on the relative energy consumption or a characteristic value derived therefrom.

L'invention concerne un procédé de commande pour un système de filtrage qui présente au moins un élément de filtrage (2), caractérisé par l'enregistrement en continu d'une consommation d'énergie totale (EG) pendant un cycle de filtrage (22) du système de filtrage.
