The present invention relates to asolid or quasisolid statehole transport material (HTM) comprising the complex of Formula I: (I) wherein Mis selected from copper (Cu), palladium (Pd), gold (Au), silver (Ag), nickel (Ni), vanadium (V) and cobalt (Co); and each structure represents an at least 6,6' disubstituted 2,2'-bipyridine, or an at least 2,9 disubstituted 1,10-phenanthroline, and to electronic devices, such as solar cells comprising the solid or quasisolid state HTM, and wherein the complex of Formula I is the main hole conducting compound of the HTM.

L'invention concerne un matériau de transport de trous (HTM) à l'état solide ou quasiment solide comprenant le complexe de la formule I : (I) dans laquelle M est sélectionné parmi le cuivre (Cu), le palladium (Pd), l'or (Au), l'argent (Ag), le nickel (Ni), le vanadium (V) et le cobalt (Co) ; et chaque structure représente une 2,2'-bipyridine disubstituée au moins en 6,6', ou une 1,10-phenanthroline disubstituée au moins en 2,9, et destiné à des dispositifs électroniques, tels que des cellules solaires comprenant le HTM à l'état solide ou quasi solide, et dans lesquels le complexe de la formule I est le principal composé conducteur du HTM.
