Abstract

Eine Einrichtung zur Übertragung von Drehmoment umfasst einen hydrodynamischen Drehmomentwandler mit einer Turbine und einer Pumpe, sowie eine Reibkupplung, die zum Drehmomentwandler parallel geschaltet ist, mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Reibpartner. Dabei ist der erste Reibpartner integriert mit der Pumpe und der zweite Reibpartner integriert mit der Turbine ausgeführt. Ein ringförmiger Reibabschnitt, auf dem die Reibelemente axial miteinander in Eingriff gebracht werden können, und ein ringförmiger Strömungsabschnitt, auf dem sich Schaufeln der Pumpe und der Turbine axial gegenüberstehen, sind dabei in ihren Abmessungen aufeinander abgestimmt, um ein ausgewogenes Übertragungsverhalten zu realisieren.

A device for transmitting torque comprises a hydrodynamic torque converter having a turbine and a pump, as well as a friction clutch which is connected in parallel to the torque converter, having a first and a second friction partner. In this context, the first friction partner is produced integrated with the pump and the second friction partner integrated with the turbine. A ring-shaped friction section, on which the friction elements can be axially engaged with one another, and a ring-shaped flow section, on which vanes of the pump and of the turbine are axially facing one another, are dimensionally adapted to one another in order to realize a balanced transmission behavior.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de transmission de couple qui comprend un convertisseur de couple hydrodynamique incluant une turbine et une pompe, ainsi qu'un embrayage à friction, monté en parallèle avec le convertisseur de couple, qui comporte un premier et un second antagoniste en frottement. Selon l'invention, le premier antagoniste est intégré à la pompe et le second antagoniste est intégré à la turbine. Une section de friction annulaire, sur laquelle les antagonistes peuvent être amenés axialement en engagement l'un avec l'autre, et une section d'écoulement annulaire, sur laquelle des aubes de la pompe et de la turbine se font face axialement, sont ajustées en dimension l'une à l'autre pour l'obtention d'un comportement de transmission équilibré.
