This plastic polarizing lens comprises a polarizing film and a base material layer formed upon at least one surface of the polarizing film. The base material layer comprises a (thio) urethane resin obtained by polymerization-curing of a polymerizable composition including an active hydrogen compound and at least one type of isocyanate selected from isophorone diisocyanate, bis (isocyanatocyclohexyl) methane, and bis (isocyanatomethyl) cyclohexane.

L'invention concerne une lentille polarisante en plastique comprenant un film polarisant et une couche de matière de base formée au moins sur une surface du film polarisant. La couche de matière de base comprend une résine (thio-)uréthane obtenue par polymérisation-durcissement d'une composition polymérisable comportant un composé d'hydrogène actif et au moins un type d'isocyanate sélectionné parmi les éléments suivants : diisocyanate d'isophorone, bis(isocyanatocyclohexyl)méthane et bis(isocyanatométhyl)cyclohexane.
