A mixture of a polyfluoralkene carboxylic acid indicated by general formulas CnF2n+1CH=CF(CF2CF2)mCF2COOM and Cn-1F2n-1CF=CHCF2(CF2CF2)mCF2COOM (M indicates a hydrogen atom, an ammonium salt, an organic amine salt, or an alkali metal, n is an integer 1-6, and m is an integer 0-2) or a salt thereof. This mixture of the polyfluoroalkene carboxylic acid or a salt thereof is obtained by causing a dehydrofluorination reaction by the polyfluoroalkene carboxylic acid indicated by general formula CnF2n+1(CH2CF2)(CF2CF2)mCF2COOH, in the presence of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound catalyst, has a low critical micelle concentration, has a low surface tension at that time, and is effectively used as a surfactant during fluorine-containing monomer polymerization.

L’invention concerne un mélange d'un acide polyfluoralcène carboxylique indiqué par les formules générales CnF2n+1CH=CF(CF2CF2)mCF2COOM et Cn-1F2n-1CF=CHCF2(CF2CF2)mCF2COOM (M indique un atome d'hydrogène, un sel d'ammonium, un sel d'amine organique, ou un métal alcalin, n est un nombre entier de 1 à 6, et m est un nombre entier de 0 à 2) ou un de ses sels. Ce mélange de l'acide polyfluoroalcène carboxylique ou d'un de ses sels est obtenu en provoquant une réaction de déshydrofluoration par l'acide polyfluoroalcène carboxylique indiqué par la formule générale CnF2n+1(CH2CF2)(CF2CF2)mCF2COOH, en présence d'un catalyseur de type composé hétérocyclique contenant de l'azote, présente une faible concentration micellaire critique, présente une faible tension de surface à ce moment là, et est utilisé efficacement en tant que tensioactif pendant la polymérisation de monomères contenant du fluor.

 一般式 CnF2n+1CH=CF(CF2CF2)mCF2COOM および Cn-1F2n-1CF=CHCF2(CF2CF2)mCF2COOM (ここで、Mは水素原子、アンモニウム塩、有機アミン塩またはアルカリ金属であり、nは1~6の整数、mは0~2の整数である)で表わされるポリフルオロアルケンカルボン酸またはその塩の混合物。このポリフルオロアルケンカルボン酸またはその塩の混合物は、一般式 CnF2n+1(CH2CF2)(CF2CF2)mCF2COOHで表わされるポリフルオロアルカンカルボン酸を、含窒素複素環式化合物触媒の存在下で、脱フッ化水素化反応させることにより得られ、臨界ミセル濃度およびそのときの表面張力が小さく、含フッ素モノマー重合時の界面活性剤等として有効に用いられる。
