A heat exchanger including fins (50) which each comprise a metallic base (18Xr) and a porous anodized layer (14) formed on the metallic base (18Xr), the surface of the porous anodized layer having a submicrometer-odor rugged structure, which includes a plurality of recesses (14Ap) or (14Bp) that, when viewed from the direction normal to the surface, has a two-dimensional size greater than 100 nm but less than 500 nm.

L'invention concerne un échangeur thermique comprenant des ailettes (50) qui comprennent chacune une base métallique (18Xr) et une couche anodisée poreuse (14) formée sur la base métallique (18Xr), la surface de la couche anodisée poreuse possédant une structure rugueuse d'odeur submicrométrique, qui comprend une pluralité d'évidements (14Ap) ou (14Bp) qui, lorsqu'on observe depuis la direction perpendiculaire à la surface, possèdent une taille bidimensionnelle supérieure à 100 nm, mais inférieure à 500 nm.
