Abstract

The present disclosure includes a method and a system of moving a target fluid in a triphasic fluid arrangement from a vessel into a tube, the method and system comprising: (a) positioning an open distal end of a tube vertically along a sidewall of a vessel comprising a triphasic fluid arrangement, wherein the triphasic fluid arrangement comprises: a carrier fluid, a target fluid, and an encapsulating fluid, and wherein the open distal end of the tube is at least partially within the carrier fluid; and (b) drawing fluid into the tube through the open distal end, the drawn fluid comprising the target fluid and the encapsulating fluid.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de déplacement d'un fluide cible, dans un agencement de fluide triphasique, d'un récipient à un tube, le procédé et le système consistant à : (a) positionner une extrémité distale ouverte d'un tube verticalement le long d'une paroi latérale d'un récipient comprenant un agencement de fluide triphasique, l'agencement de fluide triphasique comprenant : un fluide transporteur, un fluide cible et un fluide d'encapsulation, et l'extrémité distale ouverte du tube étant disposée au moins en partie à l'intérieur du fluide transporteur; et (b) aspirer le fluide à l'intérieur du tube à travers l'extrémité distale ouverte, le fluide aspiré comprenant le fluide cible et le fluide d'encapsulation.
