Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erhöhung der Dichtigkeit eines mechanischen Konnektors einer extrakorporalen Blutbehandlungsmaschine, wobei der mechanische Konnektor ein Paar an Verbindungsteilen aufweist, die korrespondierende Dichtflächen aufweisen, wobei vor dem Zusammenführen der Verbindungsteile wenigstens eine der beiden Dichtflächen zumindest abschnittsweise mit einer viskosen Flüssigkeit benetzt wird, und/oder wobei der Verbindungsspalt zwischen den Verbindungsteilen nach deren Zusammenführen mit einer Hülle abgedeckt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine extrakorporale Blutbehandlungsmaschine umfassend einen mechanischen Konnektor, der ein Paar an Verbindungsteilen aufweist, die korrespondierende Dichtflächen aufweisen, wobei die Dichtflächen bei geschlossenem Konnektor zumindest abschnittsweise mit einer viskosen Flüssigkeit benetzt sind, und/oder wobei der Verbindungsspalt zwischen den Verbindungsteilen des geschlossenen Konnektors mit einer Hülle abgedeckt ist.

The invention relates to a method for increasing the seal of a mechanical connector of an extracorporeal blood treatment machine. The mechanical connector has a pair of connection parts which have corresponding sealing surfaces. At least one of the two sealing surfaces is at least partly wetted with a viscous liquid prior to bringing together the connection parts, and/or the connection gap between the connection parts is covered with a casing after the connection parts are combined. The invention further relates to an extracorporeal blood treatment machine comprising a mechanical connector which has a pair of connection parts that have corresponding sealing surfaces. The sealing surfaces are at least partly wetted with a viscous liquid when the connector is closed, and/or the connection gap between the connection parts of the closed connector is covered with a casing.

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à augmenter l'étanchéité d'un raccord mécanique d'une machine de traitement de sang extracorporel ; le connecteur mécanique comporte une paire d'éléments de liaison qui possèdent des surfaces d'étanchéité correspondantes ; avant d'assembler les éléments de liaison, au moins une des deux surfaces d'étanchéité est mouillées au moins partiellement avec un liquide visqueux, et/ou l'espace de liaison entre les éléments de liaison est recouvert par une gaine après l'assemblage de ceux-ci. L'invention concerne en outre une machine de traitement de sang extracorporel qui comprend un connecteur mécanique qui comporte une paire d'éléments de liaison qui possèdent des surfaces d'étanchéité correspondantes ; les surfaces d'étanchéité sont mouillées au moins partiellement avec un liquide visqueux lorsque le raccord est fermé, et/ou l'espace de liaison entre les éléments de liaison du raccord fermé est recouvert d'une gaine.
