Provided are a method and device for UE-base station communication by using an unlicensed spectrum, the method comprising: a UE detects, on the first subframe of a first carrier wave, a first physical layer signaling for scheduling the first carrier wave, and detects, on the second subframe of a second carrier wave, a second physical layer signaling for scheduling the first carrier wave, the first carrier wave being deployed on the unlicensed spectrum, the second carrier wave being deployed on a licensed spectrum, and the first subframe and the second subframe being different subframes. The present invention ensures the transmission quality of the physical layer signaling as far as possible, and also ensures that a subframe on an SCC can be scheduled. In addition, the present invention reuses an existing LTE CA solution as far as possible, and has good compatibility.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour communication entre un équipement utilisateur et une station de base à l'aide d'un spectre sans licence. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un équipement utilisateur (UE) détecte, sur la première sous-trame d'une première onde porteuse, une première signalisation de couche physique pour programmer la première onde porteuse, et sur la seconde sous-trame d'une seconde onde porteuse, une seconde signalisation de couche physique pour programmer la première onde porteuse, cette dernière étant déployée sur le spectre sans licence, la seconde onde porteuse étant déployée sur un spectre sous licence, et la première sous-trame et la seconde sous-trame étant des sous-trames différentes. L'invention garantit autant que possible la qualité de transmission de la signalisation de couche physique, et assure également qu'une sous-trame sur un SCC peut être programmée. En outre, l'invention réutilise autant que possible une solution CA LTE existante, et présente une bonne compatibilité.

本发明提出了一种UE、基站中利用非授权频谱通信的方法和设备。UE在第一载波的第一子帧上检测用于调度第一载波的第一物理层信令,在第二载波的第二子帧上检测用于调度第一载波的第二物理层信令。其中,第一载波部署于非授权频谱,第二载波部署于授权频谱,第一子帧和第二子帧是两个不同的子帧。本发明即尽可能确保物理层信令的传输质量又确保SCC上的子帧都能被调度。此外,本发明尽可能重用现有LTE中的CA方案,具有较好的兼容性。
