L'invention concerne une cellule modifiée pour obtenir une capacité de prolifération accrue, un vieillissement réduit et une capacité de régénération accrue, sa modification impliquant la surexpression du gène HOXB7 obtenue à l'aide d'un vecteur génétique qui peut insérer la séquence codante dans la cellule de manière à augmenter la production de protéines.
