The invention relates to a multi-layered brazing sheet material consisting of an aluminium core alloy layer provided with a first brazing clad layer material on one face of said aluminium core layer and a second brazing clad layer material on the other face of said aluminium core material, and an inter-layer on either or both sides of the core layer positioned between the aluminium core alloy layer and the first brazing clad layer material or second brazing clad layer material, wherein the core layer is made from an 3xxx-series aluminium alloy having, in wt.%, up to 0.4% Si, up to 0.5% Fe, 0.4% to 0.75% Cu, 0.6% to 1.1% Mn, up to 0.07% Mg, up to 0.2% Cr, up to 0.25% Zr, up to 0.2% Ti, up to 0.15% Zn, balance aluminium and impurities, wherein the first brazing layer and the second brazing layer are made from an 4xxx-series aluminium alloy, and wherein the inter-layer(s) is made from an aluminium alloy of the 3xxx-series alloys, having, in wt.%, up to 0.6% Si, 0.2% to 0.7% Fe, up to 0.2% Cu, 1.0% to 1.6% Mn, up to 0.25% Zn, up to 0.04% Mg, up to 0.2% Cr, up to 0.2%Zr, up to 0.07% Ti, balance aluminium and impurities.

L'invention se rapporte à un matériau de tôle à brasage multicouche se composant d'une couche centrale à base d'alliage d'aluminium comportant un premier matériau de couche de revêtement de brasage appliqué sur une face de ladite couche centrale à base d'aluminium et un second matériau de couche de revêtement de brasage appliqué sur l'autre face dudit matériau central à base d'aluminium, et une couche intermédiaire, sur l'un ou l'autre côté ou sur les deux côtés de la couche centrale, positionnée entre la couche centrale à base d'alliage d'aluminium et le premier matériau de couche de revêtement de brasage ou le second matériau de couche de revêtement de brasage, la couche centrale étant composée d'un alliage d'aluminium de la série 3xxx ayant, en % en poids, jusqu'à 0,4 % de silicium (Si), jusqu'à 0,5 % de fer (Fe), entre 0,4 % et 0,75 % de cuivre (Cu), entre 0,6 % et 1,1 % de manganèse (Mn), jusqu'à 0,07 % de magnésium (Mg), jusqu'à 0,2 % de chrome (Cr), jusqu'à 0,25 % de zirconium (Zr), jusqu'à 0,2 % de titane (Ti), jusqu'à 0,15 % de zinc (Zn), le reste étant constitué d'aluminium et d'impuretés, la première couche de brasage et la seconde couche de brasage étant composées d'un alliage d'aluminium de la série 4xxx, et la ou les couches intermédiaires étant composées d'un alliage d'aluminium des alliages de la série 3xxx, ayant, en % en poids, jusqu'à 0,6 % de silicium (Si), entre 0,2 % et 0,7 % de fer (Fe), jusqu'à 0,2 % de cuivre (Cu), entre 1,0 % et 1,6 % de manganèse (Mn), jusqu'à 0,25 % de zinc (Zn), jusqu'à 0,04 % de magnésium (Mg), jusqu'à 0,2 % de chrome (Cr), jusqu'à 0,2 % de zirconium (Zr), jusqu'à 0,07 % de titane (Ti), le reste étant constitué d'aluminium et d'impuretés.
